In TO-220 / TO-263(D2PAK)
Good-Ark Semiconductor introduces an 80A, 75V Power Trench MOSFET Series with an extremely low RDS(ON) of 0.0065Ω (typical). Available in the industry standard TO-220 and TO-263 (D2PAK) packages, SSF7509 and SSF7509A are specifically designed to meet the requirements of a low gate charge. This series utilizes the latest Trench technologies and advance processing techniques to achieve high cell density, low on-resistance and a high repetitive avalanche rating. These devices are ideal for motor control, DC-DC converters or any applications with low gate drive requirements.
